Heath, Horace L., West Topsham; promoted by commission in Negro regiment.

Hunter, John H., veteran, wounded at Funkstown, Maryland, July 10, 1863; also wounded in the Wilderness, Virginia, May 4, 1864: had his right arm amputated May 5, 1864. Hunter was one of the best of soldiers; would have marched right into a cannon's mouth if it had been necessary; he knew no fear of death when in action.
